The first trailer for Judd Apatow‘s This is 40 has gone online and follows the lives of Rudd’s and Mann’s characters from Knocked Up. It also stars Albert Brooks, Megan Fox, Chris O’Dowd, Lena Dunham, Melissa McCarthy, Ryan Lee, Charlene Yi, Wyatt Russel and Jason Segal.
